Hanah McDonald has been the foundation of the McDonald partnership since she and Cody married in 2022. Where Cody pushes relentlessly forward, Hanah is the anchor. Raised by an engineer father and taught to weigh every scenario before acting, she brings the discipline and steady analysis that balance Cody's never-say-die drive, a complement that has been essential to the company's growth from the very start. Today she remains at the center of both the family and the business, handling the essential operations behind the scenes as she and Cody embrace life with their two daughters, Adalia Belle McDonald and Selah Maisie McDonald.

Welcoming the newest member of the team, Giovanny has given himself the full crash course by studying directly under Cody. Giovanny's ability to handle both the Spanish speaking clients as well as his input on the younger generation of upcoming investors has become a powerful asset. Once fully committing to the craft, Giovanny was able to replace his income from his full-time W-2 position by following Cody's advice; all while studying for his Bachelor's Degree and obtaining his TREC sales license. Giovanny is set on a path of commandeering growth to handle the DFW market.

Waldo Silva-Pagan has worked alongside Cody and Hanah for years, growing from a trusted colleague into the financial and operational backbone of the company. He has been instrumental in expanding its network of investors, structuring and managing the operations behind NTX Realty Trust, and building the systems that keep the business running day to day. Equal parts operator and problem-solver, Waldo has grown into a CTO-caliber role across operations, turning ambitious plans into disciplined, repeatable execution.
