Already have your buyer, or just need a licensed pro to carry the deal from contract to close? This is the lean option.
Full MLS exposure managed remotely. You take the photos and handle access, we run everything else.
The works. We make the home look its best, market it everywhere, and stay hands-on through closing.
Every tier, including Transaction Only, comes with a licensed Texas agent's full statutory duties: we present every offer, answer your questions, and keep you informed of material information throughout the sale.
Commissions and fees are not set by law and are fully negotiable. The fees above are The McDonald Group's standard listing tiers; final terms are set in your written listing agreement. Buyer's agent compensation, if any, is separate and discussed before you list.
First home, upgrade, or investment, we guide Crowley buyers through search, offer strategy, financing connections, and closing. Browse North Texas listings or reach out below and tell us what you're looking for.

Corridors, build era, and taxing boundaries shape what you can buy in Crowley and what it costs to hold.
Crowley sits south of Fort Worth at the crossing of FM 1187 and FM 731, just west of I-35W with Chisholm Trail Parkway running past to the west. The Santa Fe railroad laid out the town grid in the 1880s and the oldest stock clusters around Main Street, which the city has been rebuilding with roundabouts and streetscape work. Most of the rest is subdivisions from the 1990s onward. Crowley ISD is named for the city but extends well north into far south Fort Worth, so many Crowley ISD addresses are not in Crowley.
Crowley sits in Tarrant County, where the combined property tax rate runs about 2.06 percent of market value for the 2025 tax year, ranging 1.85 to 2.40 percent depending on the school district. On a $350,000 home with a homestead exemption that works out to roughly $480 a month. The Texas homestead exemption reduces only the school district portion, not the county or city portion, which is the detail most online estimates miss.
Taxes and insurance are a large share of a monthly payment in Texas, so a national mortgage estimate will understate what a Crowley home actually costs to hold.
