Licensed local Realtors serving Corinth, honest pricing guidance, professional marketing, and listing options that fit how much help you actually want.
Corinth is an established, convenient market between Denton and Lewisville, well suited to a clean listing or a fast cash close. Since 2019, the McDonald Group has helped buyers and sellers across DFW and North Texas, brokered by Fathom Realty, with our office in McKinney.
Already have your buyer, or just need a licensed pro to carry the deal from contract to close? This is the lean option.
Full MLS exposure managed remotely. You take the photos and handle access, we run everything else.
The works. We make the home look its best, market it everywhere, and stay hands-on through closing.
Every tier, including Transaction Only, comes with a licensed Texas agent's full statutory duties: we present every offer, answer your questions, and keep you informed of material information throughout the sale.
Commissions and fees are not set by law and are fully negotiable. The fees above are The McDonald Group's standard listing tiers; final terms are set in your written listing agreement. Buyer's agent compensation, if any, is separate and discussed before you list.
First home, upgrade, or investment, we guide Corinth buyers through search, offer strategy, financing connections, and closing. Browse North Texas listings or reach out below and tell us what you're looking for.

Corridors, build era, and taxing boundaries shape what you can buy in Corinth and what it costs to hold.
Corinth sits directly on Interstate 35E between Lewisville and Denton and belongs to the cluster of Lake Cities on the west side of Lewisville Lake, alongside Hickory Creek, Lake Dallas, and Shady Shores. Its build-out followed the opening of the I-35 corridor in the 1970s rather than any lake resort pattern, so most of the housing dates from the 1980s through the 2000s on a compact footprint with limited room to expand. The city is split for taxing purposes between Lake Dallas ISD and Denton ISD.
Corinth sits in Denton County, where the combined property tax rate runs about 1.78 percent of market value for the 2025 tax year, ranging 1.66 to 1.99 percent depending on the school district. On a $350,000 home with a homestead exemption that works out to roughly $396 a month. The Texas homestead exemption reduces only the school district portion, not the county or city portion, which is the detail most online estimates miss.
Taxes and insurance are a large share of a monthly payment in Texas, so a national mortgage estimate will understate what a Corinth home actually costs to hold.
