The works. We make the home look its best, market it everywhere, and stay hands-on through closing.
Every tier, including Transaction Only, comes with a licensed Texas agent's full statutory duties: we present every offer, answer your questions, and keep you informed of material information throughout the sale.
Commissions and fees are not set by law and are fully negotiable. The fees above are The McDonald Group's standard listing tiers; final terms are set in your written listing agreement. Buyer's agent compensation, if any, is separate and discussed before you list.

Corridors, build era, and taxing boundaries shape what you can buy in Saginaw and what it costs to hold.
Saginaw is a separate municipality immediately northwest of Fort Worth, strung along US 81/287 with two rail lines running through the middle of town. Large grain elevators sit at the center, worked by BNSF trains daily, which shapes the industrial zoning, the truck routes and the at-grade crossings that split the city. Residential growth came mostly in the 1980s through the 2000s on either side of the tracks. Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD serves the city and extends northwest toward Eagle Mountain Lake.
Saginaw sits in Tarrant County, where the combined property tax rate runs about 2.06 percent of market value for the 2025 tax year, ranging 1.85 to 2.40 percent depending on the school district. On a $350,000 home with a homestead exemption that works out to roughly $480 a month. The Texas homestead exemption reduces only the school district portion, not the county or city portion, which is the detail most online estimates miss.
Taxes and insurance are a large share of a monthly payment in Texas, so a national mortgage estimate will understate what a Saginaw home actually costs to hold.
