Licensed local Realtors serving Frisco, honest pricing guidance, professional marketing, and listing options that fit how much help you actually want.
Frisco moves fast, and sellers here benefit from a team that already knows the subdivisions, the builders, and what buyers expect. Since 2019, the McDonald Group has helped buyers and sellers across DFW and North Texas, brokered by Fathom Realty, with our office in McKinney.
Already have your buyer, or just need a licensed pro to carry the deal from contract to close? This is the lean option.
Full MLS exposure managed remotely. You take the photos and handle access, we run everything else.
The works. We make the home look its best, market it everywhere, and stay hands-on through closing.
Every tier, including Transaction Only, comes with a licensed Texas agent's full statutory duties: we present every offer, answer your questions, and keep you informed of material information throughout the sale.
Commissions and fees are not set by law and are fully negotiable. The fees above are The McDonald Group's standard listing tiers; final terms are set in your written listing agreement. Buyer's agent compensation, if any, is separate and discussed before you list.
First home, upgrade, or investment, we guide Frisco buyers through search, offer strategy, financing connections, and closing. Browse North Texas listings or reach out below and tell us what you're looking for.

Corridors, build era, and taxing boundaries shape what you can buy in Frisco and what it costs to hold.
Frisco takes its name from the St. Louis and San Francisco Railway, which platted the townsite in 1902, but almost nothing here predates the late 1990s. The Dallas North Tollway and Sam Rayburn Tollway frame the city, and the housing stock is overwhelmingly master planned from that period forward. The PGA of America headquarters, The Star, Toyota Stadium, and Riders Field concentrate the civic profile around sports and corporate campuses. Residential land is nearly absorbed, and addresses fall in Frisco, Prosper, Little Elm, or Lewisville ISD.
Frisco sits in Collin County, where the combined property tax rate runs about 1.70 percent of market value for the 2025 tax year, ranging 1.55 to 2.30 percent depending on the school district. On a $350,000 home with a homestead exemption that works out to roughly $377 a month. The Texas homestead exemption reduces only the school district portion, not the county or city portion, which is the detail most online estimates miss.
Taxes and insurance are a large share of a monthly payment in Texas, so a national mortgage estimate will understate what a Frisco home actually costs to hold.
